The battery has the advantage of long range, with the lithium iron phosphate version allowing electric cars to run more than 800 kilometers.
The battery will be introduced in 2023 production models. Honeycomb Energy also announced the development of super-fast laminated technology 3.0, called Feistack, high ferromanganese nickel batteries, and nanowire silicon anode materials. The company also announced that in the field of energy storage will carry out the "power battery + energy storage battery" two-wheel drive strategy.

In terms of battery life, Honeycomb Energy Dragon scale Armor battery adopts a higher energy density of lithium iron phosphate cell, and through optimizing the internal system structure, the volume group efficiency of the Dragon scale armor battery system using lithium iron phosphate cell increases to 76%, and the battery life exceeds 800 kilometers. The range of high ferromanganese nickel and ternary cell is more than 900 km and 1000 km respectively.
For car companies, the outstanding advantage of the Dragon Scale battery is the effective reduction of power battery production and procurement costs.
The battery is currently taking global preorders and will go into mass production next year. According to Yang Hongxin, designated models for mass production include an SUV and a coupe that will be produced in October 2023.
