Some large factories have stockstocked raw materials, and the lithium salt price rise has little impact on them, so small factories choose to reduce production to maintain costs.Despite rising demand, the long-term bargaining power of lithium iron phosphate enterprises is weak, and the market still has excess capacity, SMM expects that it will still be difficult to increase the price of lithium iron phosphate before the Spring Festival.
