The primary technical requirements of the iron phosphate lithium ion battery pack
(1) Operating temperature planning
The battery pack can be used at the following ambient temperatures:
Charging environment temperature :10℃~55℃;
Discharge ambient temperature :20 ° C to 60 ° C.
(2) Electrical function
The batteries in the BBU have the same functions.
Each cell in the battery module shall be manufactured by the same manufacturer, have the same structure and chemical composition, and shall meet the following requirements:
A. The difference between the maximum static open-circuit voltage and the minimum static open-circuit voltage in A battery module is not greater than 0.05V;
B. The difference between the maximum and minimum static internal resistance of each battery unit should be the same. If the fault value is less than 10mW, it should not exceed 0.5mw. If the fault value is greater than 10mW, it shall not exceed 5% of the average value;
C. The difference between the maximum and minimum capacity of each battery cannot exceed the average value. 1%.
(3) Yield retention rate
The capacity of the battery string cannot be less than 95% of the rated capacity.
(4) Cycle life
The battery pack should have a cycle life of 800 to 2,000 cycles.
(5) High temperature accelerated aging life
After charging and discharging the battery according to the regulations, the appearance of the battery should be free from obvious deformation, corrosion, smoke or explosion, and the number of inspections should not be less than 52 times.
(6) Electromagnetic compatibility
A. Electrostatic discharge immunity. The battery pack conforms to GB/ T17626.2-2006 level 4 requirements; After the test, its appearance should be no obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion phenomenon, normal operation.
Conduction disturbance limit. The battery pack meets the requirements of YD/ T983-1998B class; After the test, its appearance should be no obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion phenomenon, normal operation.
Radiation disturbance limit. The battery pack meets the requirements of YD/ T983-1998B class; After the test, its appearance should be no obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion phenomenon, normal operation.
D. surge (impact) disturbance resistance. The battery pack meets the requirements of GB/ T17626.5-2008 class 4; After the test, its appearance should be no obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion phenomenon, normal operation.
(7) Battery handling function
Aflash accuracy. The battery string is equipped with a special battery handling system (BMS). The error between the parameters flashed by the BMS and the actual battery string parameters must meet the requirements in Table 1.
