Lithium-ion batteries suffer significant energy losses when operating at temperatures below zero degrees Celsius, limiting their use in snow, ice and high altitudes.

In order to improve the low temperature performance of lithium ion batteries, the following two methods are mainly adopted at present:

1) Adding additives to improve the low temperature performance of electrolyte;

2) External heating and insulation of the battery.

Developed a lithium iron phosphate battery that can work at minus 30 degrees Celsius, breaking the gap in the market. It is worth mentioning that unlike most of the low-temperature batteries on the market (customized), the low-temperature battery is a real low temperature.

Lithium batteries that can be used at minus 40℃ are recommended. >

Through the use of proprietary electrolyte formulations and other special functional raw materials, coupled with leading innovative technology, the performance of the battery is guaranteed to discharge efficiently at very low temperatures, discharging capacity exceeds 90% of the initial capacity at 0.2c at -20℃ and 95% at -30℃. The operating temperature is -40℃~55℃. Coupled with the high cycle life of lithium iron phosphate battery itself, it solves the problems of many equipment manufacturers at one stroke.

Low temperature lithium battery features

1, using superposition technology, low internal resistance;

2, -40℃ 0.2C discharge, discharge capacity more than 90% of the initial capacity;

3, -50℃ 0.2C discharge, discharge capacity more than 75% of the initial capacity;

4, wide operating temperature range, -40℃ to 55℃;

5, can be charged at -40℃;

6, using lithium iron phosphate chemical material, high safety, long cycle life;

7, suitable for polar scientific research, cold zone rescue, special robot, special equipment, medical equipment and other fields
