According to the information released by the Consumer Products Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, from January to October 2020, the output of lithium ion batteries was 14.64 billion, up 10.9% year on year.The output of lead-acid battery reached 182.047 million kVA hours, up 15.3% year on year.The output of galvanic cells and battery packs (non-buckle type) was 33.05 billion, down 0.8% year on year.
In October, 1.97 billion lithium-ion batteries were produced nationwide, up 29.8% year-on-year.The output of lead-acid battery reached 21.242 million kVA/H, up 19.3% year on year.The output of galvanic cells and battery packs (non-buckle type) was 3.73 billion, up by 3.0% year on year.
In terms of efficiency, from January to October 2020, the operating income of battery manufacturing enterprises above the national scale was 611.98 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 3.0%, and the total profit was 31.52 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.3%.
